For 165 years, TMX has been the hub of the Canadian investment industry, yet their diverse offerings were generally overshadowed by their most well-known property, the Toronto Stock Exchange. With a new CEO pursuing an audacious vision to become a client-centric, technology-driven solutions provider, one of Canada's oldest financial institutions needed a new brand blueprint to chart the path toward global leadership.
Following an extensive strategic exercise, the rallying cry, The Future is Yours to See was born. We reintroduced the TMX brand to the market with an integrated campaign designed to build brand equity and prove the effectiveness of online lead generation as a business case for a broader digital transformation.
With strong results from the initial campaign launch, TMX accelerated their journey to implement marketing automation. To guide this digital transformation, The Garden developed user personas and a strategic web blueprint. And, thanks to a fresh visual identity and compelling brand strategy, TMX communications continue to have a modern and consistent look and voice - from their annual report to social assets and investor presentations.
